A Relaxing Day is in Store!

Here at Chewalla Creek Marina, our staff are trained to make sure your day on the lake is as safe, relaxed, and enjoyable for you as possible. When you rent from Chewalla Creek, know you are getting top notch customer service, and a commitment to providing you with a spectacular day on the water!

Information needed to book a rental:

- Credit Card on file with a 50% deposit up front

- Dates and times you are requesting for rental

- Valid U.S. Driver's license or Government issued ID

- Renter must be 21 years old or older

- Rental Agreement forms must be filled out before time of departure (Don't worry, we will have them available to be signed at the marina!)

Once you Arrive:

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time, as to allow time for signing of documents and a quick overview of boat and equipment

- Our staff will walk through basic vessel operations with you, to ensure that you are comfortable with the boat before your departure. Ask as many, or as few, questions as needed. Our goal is safety and an enjoyable day for you and your family!

- Your boat will be equipped with all necessary safety devices before your arrival. PLEASE NOTE: All children 8 and under must wear a PFD at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

- We have a 2 day cancellation policy for hourly, half day, and full day rentals. Any rentals cancelled less than 2 days prior to the rental date will result in loss of the rental deposit

- Weekly rentals incur a 5 day cancellation policy. All weekly rentals cancelled less than 5 days before the rental date result in loss of the rental deposit.

- A "no show" will result in loss of 100% of rental fee, including the up front deposit as well as the remainder of the rental due.

- The credit card used to make the reservation and charge the deposit will be used for any fees listed above.

- Cancellations made within the cancellation time frame will result in a refund, or the deposit can be transferred to a different time (pending availability).

Things to Know:

- Boats will be filled with fuel before departure, and re-fueled upon your return. Gas is not included in the rental price, and will be included with the other half of the rental price.

- Boats are clean when they depart from the marina, and are expected to return in similar shape. No trash, mud, or debris is expected to be on the boat upon arrival from your rental. In the case of a boat being too dirty to go back out on the water, a $50 cleaning fee will be added, as we will have to hold the boat from future rentals until it is cleaned.

- All safety equipment is included for free in the rental. We do have water toys, such as pull behind tubes, that can be rented along with the boat.

Boat Rental FAQ's

Are my pets allowed on the rental boats?

Answer: Absolutely! We love to see customers bring their pets with them. We do have a $25 pet fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to have a pet on your rental!

Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

Answer: While you are more than welcome to bring any vests or water sport equipment with you, all safety equipment is included for free in the rental, and we have pull behinds available for rent. No equipment is required by the customer, only optional!

What happens in the event of bad weather?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot control the threat of bad weather. If there is a chance of this forecasted for the day of your rental, please call the marina to confirm the reservation. Rentals that must be cancelled due to inclement weather can be rescheduled!

Is fuel included with the rental?

Answer: The rental boat will be full of fuel when you depart for your time on the water. When you return, the boat will be returned to full, and the price of the gas will be added to your final total.
